This Hotel Suite Residence is 1,475 sq ft plus two balconies with an additional 455 sq ft overlooking the Atlantic ocean. You will also have access to all the hotel amenities. The resort was awarded the coveted Forbes five-star and AAA five-diamond awards for 2016. It is a peerless haven of oceanfront elegance, quiet unwavering taste, anticipatory service and seductive amenities. The resort brings a new level of luxury to the resort experience, with unparalleled amenities to exceed your expectations. During your stay, you will have access to many exclusive services, from butler and 24-hour concierge, to world-class dining, the Spa, and spectacular outdoor experience within two tropical pools, private cabanas and white sand beach. Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, there is an additional $325 charge per cleaning. The cleaners change all the linens on each cleaning visit. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to schedule additional cleanings.

Terms & Conditions

Only the registered guests in your booking shall be permitted in the residence at anytime. Guests of registered guest are not permitted to visit the home at any time for any reason. We do not permit day or night time visitors. The maximum number of permitted occupants in the home is the number of guests in your reservation. There earliest you can access the property is 3pm. Pets under 20 pounds are allowed and any registered service animals. Cancellation policy: Grace period: guests should cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund. Guests should cancel at least 30 days before check-in to get a full refund. If cancelled between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the guest pays 50% of the booking cost. If cancelled less than 7 days before check-in, there’s no refund. Prepayment: 50% of the booking cost.Second payment: Will be automatically collected 30 days before check-in.
